The Fiber BLOCKER KVM Extender family is designed for government, defense and other sensitive environments that require access to multiple computers from a common operator position while preserving separation between systems.

The family scales from a simple 1×1 extender to 2×2 and 4×2 dual-monitor configurations, allowing organizations to select the number of computers and displays required by the workstation.

Source-Side Transmitter (Tx)

Each source computer connects to its own transmitter unit using either HDMI or DisplayPort input.

Optical SFP+ Link

Each transmitter uses one SFP+ port to communicate with the receiver-side secure KVM.

Receiver-Side Secure KVM (Rx)

The receiver provides one or two HDMI display outputs plus keyboard/mouse connectivity via USB-A or PS/2.

One Tx per Optical Port

Each kit includes one transmitter per SFP+ port on the selected receiver.

Matrix Switching applies only to the dual-monitor 2×2 and 4×2 variants. Do not describe the 1×1, 2×1 or 4×1 kits as matrix switchers.

Each laptop or computer connects to its own Tx unit. The Tx units connect optically to the receiver/KVM switch over SFP+ links. The operator connects keyboard and mouse to the receiver and uses one or two HDMI monitors depending on the selected model.
